The headquarters of the Rector of the University of Murcia hosted yesterday the presentation of the summer courses of the International University of the Sea (Unimar) that for this 2018 have a complete offer that is specified in 76 courses.
The act of presentation was attended by the Mayor of Jumilla, Juana Guardiola, and the Councilor for Education and Culture, Pilar Martínez.
Jumilla will be the third year in a row to host one of the courses.
In particular of 'Educar con el Deporte' during the days 4, 5 and 6 of July with a total of 25 teaching hours, validity of a credit and a maximum of 50 students.
Classes will be held at the Roque Baños Cultural Center.
It will be directed by José Luis González and among the speakers there are three well-known names of the local sport.
This is the former professional futsal player, Cristian Jiménez, the former professional player and handball coach, Jesus Montoya, and athletic trainer, Juan Mateo, as well as different specialists in the field of the University of Murcia.
The effective development of the sport in the educational context needs the knowledge of the different variables that intervene in it, an objective that this course aims to cover.
The price of it is 65 euros for students from the universities of Murcia and Cartagena and 85 euros for the rest.
