The merchants agreed to open until noon on Holy Thursday, 20 August to 26 December 2011 (01/12/2010)

Last week was held at the Centro Cultural Partner Roque Baños, a meeting with businessmen in Jumilla.

It was attended, besides the councilman of Commerce Ildefonso Jimenez, Councilman Traffic Primitivo Gonzalez and responsible for Expoboda Merchants Association.

The appointment was to discuss various issues, including the timetable of the opening of trade in Jumilla for next year 2011.

Thus, as reported by Ildefonso Jimenez respected local holidays: April 25 and 26 December, and national holidays.

It was also agreed to open until noon three days of next year, on Holy Thursday, Aug. 20 is the day of the Great Wine Parade on December 26, the second day of Christmas.

Also addressed other issues concerning this sector and assessed the celebration of the first Fair Outlet in Jumilla.

On this last event, all agreed that was a success and you have to repeat, "talked about it even twice, coinciding with the season, but finally decided to apply once a year," said Councillor of Commerce.

They also discussed various issues related to traffic and on which it will seek the best solutions.

Finally, traders asked about the Christmas lights and the Councillor of Commerce confirmed that finally did them to be installed, "but with a bow less, without trees and with a more limited schedule."

This lighting will be operational from December 10 to coincide with the presentation of the Christmas events.
