The People's Party withdrew his motion for condemnation of the aggression of the Board and left the plenary (01/02/2011)

A motion was expected that he would have the unanimous agreement of all local groups on the condemnation of the aggression of the Minister of Culture, caused the abandonment of socialist seats in the council and the Speaker of IU-LV and the posterior permanent abandonment of the council of the Popular Party.

Regarding the motion that triggered the controversy, was presented by the Popular Party and she suggested strongly condemn the attack on the Minister of Culture Pedro Alberto Cruz, request the resignation of the Government Delegate.

PSOE's Motion for Settlement Settlement Runway

Approved two motions submitted by the IU-LV group and water and sewer rates for 2011

With the last of the motions of IU-LV, also approved, the City Council shows its support for photovoltaic energy producers and the Government requires the withdrawal of Royal Decree 14/2010 on the cut, more than 2,200 million euros the remuneration prescribed in the generation of that energy in the next 3 years.

Also requested the parliamentary groups that reject the decree.

This plenum also approved, with the favorable votes of PSOE and IU-LV, updating the water and sewer rates for 2011, a 2.1% share of the IPC, representing an increase of 0.06 euros / cubic meter.
