Municipal Nursery School and Centre for Child Care "Arsenal" is a municipally owned public facility, sponsored by the City of Jumilla, with the support of the Ministry of Social Policy, Women and Migration.

Its aim is to provide the municipality of a public resource that facilitates the reconciliation of work, family and staff to families whose members work, and enable educational attention and quality care for their children.

The center is located at Calle José Guardiola Actor in the area known as "El Arsenal."

The center will have the following staff: nursery workers qualified in teaching and technical colleges in early childhood education, clerical and support and cleaning staff.

The services to be provided at the center of this first phase will be on the one hand a service to provide education and care for children from 1 to 3 years, which promotes the integral development and individualized attention to their needs and socialization psycho .

Will a wide range of activities with children: manipulative activities, psychomotor, creativity, stimulation of communication and language, and careful monitoring activities, activities that encourage children's autonomy, etc.

This service will be held on a schedule of 9 to 13 and 15 to 19 hours, with possibility of extension of time depending on the needs identified.

And it will offer a service of extracurricular activities and playroom for children 3 to 8 years, in the afternoon and school holiday periods where school booster will be workshops, music workshops, drama, English, among others.

The center will be open Monday through Friday, every month of the year except August.
