Municipal Library Book Day was celebrated with a storyteller held on Tuesday 26 April.
The storyteller was through poetry and rhyme, was attended by thirty children aged between six and eleven years and was held in the Multipurpose Room of the Municipal House of Culture 'José Yagüe'.
The children discovered the history of letters as they are able to bind, forming true stories and poems with rhymes, rhymes on the seasons, the numbers, things and objects, animals or fruits.
Enjoyed a fantastic journey told through stories about the fascinating world of letters, introduced in a world of poets and poetry, collected in many of the books we found in our Library.
Participants learned different techniques of writing poetry and enjoyed them through songs, games and dances.
At the end of the activity could carry the book with the making of the poems made between everyone in this instructional activity, and of course one of those copies left in our Library for all to admire their talent.
