The R & D project on introduction of the cherry in the Region of Murcia, Murcia led by the Institute for Research and Agricultural Development and Food (IMIDA) has established 3 collections of varieties located in different climate zones: La Alberca (Murcia) , El Chaparral (Bullas) and Jumilla and reference plantations, land monitoring and observation extended by the various regions of Murcia.
The annual results of the project are disseminated through a conference techniques that have been conducted in different districts of the region in which it may be of interest to this crop.
They reflect the views of those attending, it possible to evaluate the interest shown on the variety, after learning their behavior and production quality.
