Two companies jumillanas presented to the tender dossier for the management of the Municipal Crane (30/07/2012)

The Municipal Councillor and Spokesperson, Alicia Abellán reported cases audited in Contracting Committee and Board of Governors, who have held this morning.

The Committee shall, to which belong the three municipal groups, has tried three cases cited below.

About the call for tenders for the development of TPN (List of jobs), has met the technical report of the personnel department and then proceeded to open the envelope containing the financial offer, with the proposals which follows:

The company Consulting Training Organisations, for a price of 18,000 euros plus VAT.

The Public Management Consulting company, has done for a price of 20,750 euros plus VAT.

Now technically necessary to assess bids for the subsequent award.

The second of the issues has been the opening session of the tender dossier on the maintenance service and installation of elevators in municipal buildings.

At the same companies were presented Eninter Lifts, Orona Pecres, Zardoya Otis and Schindler.

Not proceeded with the opening of financial bids because you have to define the type of documentation submitted by any of the business.

The third of the cases seen in Contracting Committee has also been the tender opening record of towing for the City of Jumilla, to which there were two companies, both jumillanas, Diego Angel Navarro Cutillas and Alergón Cranes, SL.

The first type has offered to price, € 30,000 plus VAT, while the second, offered by Cranes has Alergón 28,305.09 euros.

For what shall award to the latter, once this supporting documentation to meet its obligations to current and occurs after the deposit of collateral required.

Already in Local Government, we proceeded to award the contract for cleaning municipal buildings the company Limasa Mediterranean for the price of EUR 299,964.25 plus VAT, this contract includes cleaning of all municipal buildings for the period of one year.

Among the expenditures approved this week are:

The catering and venue which will host the Feast of Exaltation of wine, 18,063 euros, VAT included.

In this regard it has said that this festival is borne entirely by ticket sales.

For the acquisition of material for repair of City Bus, 485 euros.

An expenditure of 1,220 euros for the purchase of materials and work necessary for the adequacy of electrical panels at the fairground.

On the proposal of Councillor for Youth, has approved an expenditure of 2,393 euros for courses organized by this Department, to be conducted during the months of August through December.

An expenditure of 100 euros for the acquisition of Tower BIC signaling Rico, a proposal of Councillor of Tourism, Maria Dolores Fernandez.

In smaller licenses have been granted 3, two of them to repair homes, and one for the local adaptation of a commercial activity.

The Governing Board has also proceeded to award grants to groups festive, than reported by the Councillor for Festivities in subsequent press conference.
