The regular plenary adopted the Ordinance of activities that will simplify administrative formalities for the opening of facilities (31/07/2012)

After procedural matters were dismissed the application for reconsideration against the Plenum, one dated 29/03/12 by approving the plan of adjustment and another against the Plenum of temporary suspension 30/04/12 Article 34 of the Convention and the Framework Agreement, which regulated the collection of an additional remuneration to develop a 37.5-hour workday.

The two appeals for reconsideration submitted were rejected by the votes of the PP, PSOE and abstaining from the vote against IU-Greens.

One of the most debated points raised was related to the modification of the base 45 of the Execution of the Budget 2012, which regulates the perceptions of councilors.

The proposal to remove the bonus from the Mayor and Councillors of the Municipal People's Party, emerged as its spokesman said, the action taken recently by the Government of Spain to eliminate the bonus in December to public employees in excess of EUR 962 compensation.

While the measure is not required for public office, and was understood by the Municipal Group PP than "gesture of solidarity" defended this proposal.

The proposal was adopted unanimously, after rejecting an amendment to the PSOE, which called for the reduction of a release.

It was unanimously resolved allegations the Organic Regulations of the Local Council of Agricultural Jumilla, thus producing the final approval thereof.

Also unanimously adopted the Ordinance Regulatory Activities, which will streamline administrative procedures for setting up shops in the town of Jumilla.

Coupled with this Ordinance and in order also to adapt the Tax Ordinances to Royal Decree-Law 19/2012 of 25 May, on urgent measures to liberalize trade and certain services, approved the modification of three of them, ordinance regulatory tax imposed on buildings, facilities and works (ICICI), tax ordinance regulating the activity fee for administrative intervention in urban and regulator of the tax rate for administrative activity intervention on activities and / or opening of establishments.

Were approved with the unanimous support of IU and PP, and the abstention of the Socialist Group.

In point of motions, four were treated a group of IU-Green on target of 1% of the Ministry of Cultural Development, as amended by the Municipal People's Party Group, and approved unanimously with the amendment, another motion-IU group Greens on economic transparency, passed unanimously.

A motion PSOE on collective group celebrations, which demanded € 17,000 increase in grants collective festive and dismiss the same money, the resources allocated to household waste collection and cleaning

road, was rejected by the votes of the PP group and the non-IU-Greens.

And finally it was the motion of the PP group on tissue identification of the parties of Jumilla.

Approved with the votes of the PP, and the abstention of the opposition groups.
