Follow the procedures for contracting the construction of 224 niches in the cemetery and the lift maintenance contract municipal (24/09/2012)

The Municipal Spokesperson, Alicia Abellán unveiled the issues addressed in the Procurement and subsequent Governing Board, held this morning.

Thus, the reported Abellán examining files relating to the construction of 224 niches and 56 graves in the Municipal Cemetery of Jumilla, on which were five bids, one of which is considered abnormally low, and according to which technical report, the Procurement has excluded this company and declared most advantageous offer to Intagua Works Ltd., which undertakes to carry out the contract in the amount of EUR 147,622.99 plus 26,572.14 euros relating to VAT.

The base budget bidding for this record was € 196,997.60, VAT included.

Another similar case is that of hiring the service of "Maintenance and inspection of elevators municipal", the same companies were 4 PECRES being that of SL, considered abnormally low, and as municipal technical report does not demonstrate the same, enough viability of supply and thus the Board of Governors has agreed to declare the lowest bid submitted by LIFTS Eninter, SL, for a price of 17,068 euros plus VAT.

The basic tender budget was EUR 24960.00, 4492.80 euros more for the VAT (18%).

Other issues discussed by the Governing Board:

Grant of use of Hall Market, for tests Academy Chorus and Dance Group of Jumilla and to the Friends of Music on 6 October.

Granting of a reduction of 50% in some municipal taxes and declining death of another beneficiary.

Agreed voluntary retirement from a career officer.

Granted a construction permit for a greater attachment to an industrial building project in the municipality.

It has been agreed the signing of a contract to the company less Jumilla, Paqui ADO, for cleaning the Teatro Vico during the months of October, November and December, for 2795.10 euros.

In settlement of obligations, the Board of Governors has agreed to include in the list of September the amount of 57,675.27 euros, in concepts such as bonuses for extraordinary services, festival, night.

At this point the second payment includes 12,297.73 euros, corresponding to a productivity adopted in 2009 and remained one outstanding of more than 60,000 euros.
