The Ministry of Public Works and Planning held next November 8th World Town Planning Day in Jumilla.
On the occasion of this celebration and for schedule of planned events, the Director General of Planning and Housing, Yolanda Muñoz, and the local mayor, Enrique Jimenez, this week held a meeting.
During the meeting, tried various technical issues related to the Guidelines of the Altiplano in regard to the municipality of Jumilla, according to Muñoz, "are the result of consensus of the various authorities, especially municipalities, as well as with civil society for which were made during manufacture two forums Monitoring ".
"This meeting served to clarify and show the willingness of the Department to reconcile the Guidelines document with the municipal planning Jumilla available, but in any case pose a hindrance to their development work," said Muñoz.

In the Guidelines, there are three categories of activities: structuring, strategic and territorial seeking to improve existing communications in the Shire and energize the territory ordered with a series of actions that make up the specimen, surpassing the shortcomings of the current model.
The final step to conclude final approval when the Economic and Social Council of the Region of Murcia (CES) completes its study, said Muñoz.
The director general said that since the adoption of the legal framework of this land that instrument, the autonomous region has finally approved the Guidelines of the Coast and on a sectoral basis, the guidelines of industrial land.
