You can visit the exhibition "A life dedicated to esparto" (05/11/2012)

Eduardo Antonio Valero and Gea, presented the first exhibition of the season in the Craftsman House.

The sample of chopped esparto work is entitled "A life dedicated to esparto", for Jesus Alonso, author, began at 7 years to work this material alborgas making hobby that continues today.

The sample of work, made with chopped esparto, collects thirty works by parts baskets, covered bottles, bags and alborgas, many miniature, highlighting the technical perfection of the author, as stated Eduardo Gea .

Councillor of Commerce and Handicrafts, wanted to remind you have already started the courses scheduled for this Council, opening again the Artisan House with this exhibition.

Through these exhibitions, as Councilman, is to welcome new artisans as Jesus Alonso, who has recently joined the Association therefore wanted to invite local artisans to join in these activities and may well show the work they do every day.

Valero also recalled that on Sunday 18, the II is held outdoors "Jumilla City" and an artisan market will be in Canovas del Castillo, from the Teatro Vico to Avenida de la Asunción.

The exhibition will run until November 11, Monday to Friday from 17:30 to 20 hours at Artisan House located at 12 Calle del Rico.
