For months it has been developing the Inspection Plan entertainment, which is intensifying, to the end before Christmas (04/12/2012)

The Mayor, Enrique Jimenez, and the Councillor for Public Safety, Marina Garcia, have appeared at a press conference to inform the content of the inspection plan that has been developing for over a month, and that is inspection of all premises leisure, for shop crowded public activity and be capable of producing noise.

The Councillor for Safety, Marina Garcia, as head of one of the departments involved in these inspections, along with Environment, Town Planning and Activities, said that it has set a priority to inspect first: Dance Halls, Cafes Special Cafes with music and theater, the so-called entertainment, totaling 34 locations, and hosting large numbers of people.

Garcia has said that the priority of the government team is the safety of people, for this, the premises must comply with the law, for the safety of the people who frequent.

Holders of those activities that do not comply with current regulations, they will be notified, giving them a deadline to remedy the deficiencies identified by the municipal officers in inspections.

If not filling the existing gaps, would proceed to closing time.

Gauging also being recalculated, as current law provides.

Once the tariffs recalculated, be issued a card of Municipal License, in which is stated the maximum capacity allowed.

This card must be placed in a conspicuous place of the premises and the owners of public establishments are required to prevent access to the premises, when the venue provisions of the license is complete.

Once these new identifications are delivered to the holders of the activities, the local police will oversee the implementation of such a measure.
