Activities begin Friday with the conference "The show is sold by the musician," by Francisco Yanez, in the Auditorium of the Conservatory at 20 hours.
The Councillor for Education and Training in Music, Ramiro Garcia, Councillor of Culture, Maria Dolores Fernandez, and President of the Association Jumillano of Friends of Music, Esteban Moreno, accompanied the jumillano and course director, David Abellán, during the presentation of the second edition of Low Brass Jumilla.
During the presentation, both the Councillor for Culture and Teatro Vico, as the Councillor for Education, showed the total institutional support provided by the City has received this much this initiative, as last year, and especially since the councils both hold, giving facilities to carry out different activities.
Both showed their support for the initiative of David Abellán, inviting all jumillanas Jumillano and to be involved in this project by attending the activities planned for this weekend.
David Abellán, as course director, said that this edition will have the same teachers of the past, except one, concentrating activities during the weekend, as in the previous edition.
A conference and two concerts up the programming, in addition to the master classes of tuba and euphonium under the tutelage of teachers: Daniel Férriz, Francisco Yanez, Juanjo Munera and Abellán David himself.
According Abellán, the conference will highlight how a musician can make a living without resorting to a job, besides the concert by teachers and Jumillano Band Association Friends of Music, at the Teatro Vico as an act of the course , closing activities with a concert by the students of Low Brass Jumilla this year, to be held on Sunday.
David also reminded that the deadline for registration to participate in the courses is open until Thursday, anticipating that this year most students are new, and out of the town.
Esteban Moreno wanted to congratulate David for getting this edition of Low Brass Jumilla is a reality, and thanks to all entities and business partners for their participation in this project.
