As of October 1 pensioners and long-term unemployed persons may request municipal aid (13/09/2013)

Pensioners or long-term unemployed persons, registered in Jumilla and owners of a single dwelling can access financial aid driven by the City.

The Department of Social Policy reports that up to October 1 will remain open within applications to access grants to pensioners and people experiencing long-term unemployment.

This is a total of 15,000 euros to be shared among the most disadvantaged groups in the municipality.

The requirements to access funds are:

1-be pensioner or be unemployed long-term (the latter circumstance is understood as being unemployed a minimum of 1 years uninterrupted).

Enjoy 2-enumeration in the municipality of Jumilla at the time of publication of the rules, at the address specified in the request for help.

3 - That the family unit of the person benefit, beneficially owns or a single house in the country, having the character of the same residence.

The person would benefit from the grant, you can not own more assets the residence, a garage or carport, storage and / or rural property whose rustic IBI amount does not exceed 1 euro.

4-Ser IBI taxable in the current year in which aid is requested, with the same pay.

5-Be aware of your tax obligations and tax with government and Social Security.

6-In any case, meet the other requirements of General Subsidies Act.

7 - Do not tell the family unit of the beneficiary with sufficient financial resources.

Upon proper completion must be recorded before the October 1 deadline to process the application in the General Register of the City.

The application shall be accompanied by the following documentation:

-Certificate of Social Security pensions.

-Photocopy of NIF

-Certificate Banking account number of beneficiary or any other document proving the ownership of the account.

-In the case of being unemployed long-term, they must provide updated certificate of Employment and Training Service (SEF) proving ones in this situation, which has tried to work without rejecting job and the amount of the perceived benefits.

- Personal information of all members of the family unit, aportándose working lives, income certificates, and 'as if pension.

- Statement responsible for all income dwelling unit, including real and personal property on behalf of them, accompanied by the appropriate supporting documents.

- Current Certificate of being the beneficiary of tax obligations and Social Security.
