Alicia Abellán, Councillor for Equality, along with Paquita Ruiz, Equality Officer of the City of Jumilla, today presented some of the activities that the Department is working such as the "First Meeting Bank of Experiences" and urban painting competition "Equality in Jumilla X".
On the one hand, and as the Councillor, the meeting will be held on Saturday in the village of Torre del Rico, where 40 persons within the various associations that make up the Experience Bank, will meet for pooling the activities that have been developed, taking stock of what has been the performance of the Bank of experiences and present new activities that partnerships will bid for the next period.
The Experience Bank is coordinated by the Department of Equality and he has ten municipal associations that actively exchange knowledge related to their field of action.
Since its inception there have been eight thematic workshops are very varied as laughter therapy, communication skills, wreaths, baked clay or traditional.
As Alicia says Abellán, "it is that women pool their knowledge and experiences to produce a trade."
From the Department produced a catalog with more than 20 activities that the association wanted to offer, for the rest chose and apply for those who wished to receive.
