This morning came the BORM published, the regulatory basis and the call for access to aid the Institute of Development of the Region of Murcia, to encourage the use of services based on Information Technologies and Communications, ICT by SMEs Regional, "Cheque ICT".
It is an assistance program eligible small and medium enterprises in the region between the entities to be included jumillanas, which aims to promote innovation by encouraging SMEs to hire advanced services advice and assistance in IT Information and Communication.
Shall be eligible for aid small and medium companies in Murcia with little or no experience in the use of ICT, who will get a repayable grant of 75% of the final cost of the service received, up to a maximum of 7,500 euros.
These tools will allow, among other options, to adapt the website to e-commerce company, exploiting the possibilities of promotion through social networks, and to develop specific applications for tablets or smart phones making sales or reservations.
The grant program is a pioneering initiative of the regional government to encourage the application of ICT to SMEs, and involves an initial investment of 400,000 euros, which will be extended by the same amount in the future, and is co-financed with FEDER funds.
The aid program promoted by the European Union will develop only two Spanish autonomous communities, being selected by the Region of Murcia treasured experience in managing aid programs of this type.
The deadline for submission of applications is open until November 29.
Those interested in accessing these grants as well as the natural or legal persons who want to join the list of service providers, must submit their applications electronically on the website of the Institute of Development, www.institutodefomentomurcias.es / infodirecto.
