The writer Charo Cutillas presented in Jumilla his novel "Rum Flavor" (22/10/2013)

Tomorrow Wednesday, October 23, at the Center Roque Baños Sociocultural, writer Jumilla Charo Cutillas present his latest work, the novel "Rum Flavor".

The activity is part of the cultural agenda of the last quarter and is organized by the Public Library of Jumilla.

"Taste of Rum" is set between the late seventies and mid-nineties of the twentieth century.

Teresa, a young teacher nomadic spirit, and Luis, a strong personality, are the central characters around which the narrative is constructed.

Granada, The Sahara, Badajoz, La Mancha, Lisbon, The Andean Cordillera ... This is a novel passing scenery and warm emotions which love and heartbreak, the value of friendship, travel, a love of flamenco sea ​​and inland capture the attention of the reader.

Lies in its fluid prose, careful language and captivating text.

In a touching humanity, the novel immerses the reader in different situations, which intertwined, give life to this story, entertaining, sometimes deeply existential, and with a touch of humor.

Charo Cutillas with Jumillano ancestors, is currently Anthropologist and Matron.

He has been a student of the School of Arts of Madrid and Spanish-language correspondent of Radio Nederland, sections of science and society.

He has written numerous newspaper articles in various national newspapers, being the author of the thesis "Women's Press" and is a contributor to humanitarian organizations that have led him to travel around South America and Africa.
