The Association of Widows start the course with a shot of optimism by Senator Maria José Nicolás (28/10/2013)

On Friday, at the Teatro Vico took place during the opening of the 2013/2014, which as every October for the last five years, organized by the Association of Widows of Jumilla to give the go-to program activities that take place throughout the next months.

Murcia popular Senator, Maria Jose Nicolas, was on this occasion the guest of honor and charged with driving the paper "We change the future", a nod to the role of women in society, and as they are called to invest roles to conquer the position that rightfully belong to them, in similar conditions as their equal, men.

Alicia Abellán, First Deputy Mayor, inaugurated the opening of the course, devoted to the Associations words of admiration and encouragement, for the long road leading travel and by the interest and quality of the activities each year develop, being example for many municipal associations.

Paquita Jiménez Díaz, President of the Association of Widows, recalled many of the activities conducted during the past year, including attendance highlighted XLI National Assembly Widows Associations Spain, or participating in laughter therapy workshops , cognitive stimulation, or course of healthy living among many others.
