Alicia Abellán, spokesman of the government team has released today the items approved by the Local Government Board, at its regular meeting every Monday as the city of Jumilla.

First, and as a prominent issue on the agenda, the Board today approved 13 grants within the framework more aid to pensioners and long-term unemployed, that from the Department of Social Policy have been promoted as a means of support for these groups.

In total, 21 applications have been approved for an amount that already exceeds the number of the last call with 2,009 euros granted in the absence of rule 21 more files.

Today the Board has approved 13, with significant ranging from 13 to 174 euros, and denied in April, for not complying with the rules and regulations established for this purpose.

In addition, the Board has approved 69 grant to students of the town a total of 1,100 travel vouchers within Bonobus scholarship plan, for a total of 5,300 euros.

In terms of in settlement of obligations, the Board has approved a list of invoices amounting to 86,500 euros in payment to suppliers.

In disciplinary proceedings have been initiated four, two for possession and consumption of drugs, another fined 900 euros for burning waste without authorization and fourth with 1,000 euros for exercising activity when has any adjournment thereof.

It has also formalized a contract for cleaning and minor maintenance of gardens by 14,000 euros, from November to December, while finalizing the allotment ends service to the company selected by the Board of Trade.

Finally, the Board has authorized the installation Gottanic circus, from 1 to 3 November, after providing the relevant documentation to ensure public safety, and the proper development of both the show and its facilities.

According to the spokesman explained, Alicia Abellán, "Jumilla now require these companies to all documentation necessary to ensure safety in the development of the activity."
