Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve activity is allowed until 7.00 am |
The Department of Public Safety reports by the Presidency for which the opening hours of entertainment in the Region of Murcia, next to the bridge December and Christmas are extended.
As specified in the order, catering establishments such as restaurants, cafes and bars, cafes, dinner theater and flamenco bars may stay open extending its closing time on the regular schedule as follows:
The days included 5 to December 8, 2013 and December 12, 2013 to January 4, 2014, may extend the closing time in one hour.
On 24 and 31 December 2013 and 5 January 2014 authorizing the opening until 07:00 hours for establishments included in the above categories plus Special Bars.
This exceptional and temporary authorization for extension of time does not exempt from compliance with the limits for noise emission and immission, or other established standards, in terms of nuisance, in the particular conditions of their respective licenses and general provisions on police public entertainment and recreational activities.
