The Youth Council reports the cards that have access to the local youth, with whom can benefit from significant discounts on various areas of education, leisure and culture.
On the one hand, for young people between 14 and 30 years, there is Youth Card, which has a cost of 6 euros, and validity of two years.
The card can be issued at the bank offices Cajamurcia or Caixa, the first must show a photo, while in the second with the DNI is enough.
The Youth Card offers the opportunity to enjoy discounts on activities and services in both the purchase and acquisition of products, and access to cultural goods and services and youth travel (transport, theaters, travel, lodging, museums, concerts, sports facilities, etc..), in Spain and in Europe.
For the young and not so young traveler, there is a Hostelling Card (RESET), valid for use all domestic and foreign youth hostels attached to the International Youth Hostel Federation.
In this booklet there are four types: young, 14 to 29 years (6 euros); adult, over 30 years (13 euros), group, for sets of more than 10 people (16 euros) and family (25 euros) for nuclei formed by one or more adults with children under 14 years in charge.
It has a shelf life of one year, and it is only necessary to submit a photocopy of your ID.
Another proposal is the Driver's International Student (ISIC), with similar benefits to young but internationally valid Carnet.
Only minimum age of 12 is required, passport size photograph and proof of student status.
It has a shelf life of 15 months from 1 September until 31 December of the following year.
Its rate is 9 euros.
Similar is the Youth Card Travel (IYTC), enabling discounts on accommodation and transport services attached to the International Federation of Youth Travel Organizations.
They can order them all young people under 26 years old, has a term of one year and a cost of 9 euros.
For teachers there is the Library Teacher (ITIC-TEACHER), with which different airlines discounts, museums, monuments, and exhibitions are achieved, among others.
Validity is from September 1 to December 31, 15 months and is necessary to prove the condition of teacher with a minimum of 18 hours a week.
Most of the cards can be ordered either through internet, www.mundojoven.org prior registration on the portal.
