This week finalized the works that have been done in the Specialty Center Jumilla, with which they have improved access, and has won safety for pedestrians who pass through this area.
The work began two weeks ago, in the program of activities and improvements being developed by the Department of Services, in coordination with the Department of Works and Urban Development.
Among the actions that have been performed at the Centre, on the one hand, it has built a sidewalk lacked access, thus facilitating pedestrian access to Specialty Center.
It also has expanded lateral planter with so besides solving the problem of roots that was causing the hackberry located in this planter on the street pavement, it has managed to make a feature of street furniture, to serve as a bank for rest.
Furthermore work has been done to improve the locksmith ramps with handrails extending to the sidewalk, improving traffic safety for pedestrians.
The performances continue this week, with the completion of the adjacent sidewalk CEIP Our Lady of the Assumption, which is located adoquinando and delimiting the corner opposite the Specialty Center, giving continuity to the pedestrian walkway of the road.
