The Market of Jumilla will be the venue chosen to host the next edition of the Fair SICARM with interactive workshops and technology demonstrations to citizens who celebrara' from 19 to 22 February in Jumilla.
This was presented this morning, the Councillor for New Technologies, Fernando Oñate, who has detailed some of the activities taking place during the Fair.
Over four days and through a total of eight interactive workshops innovations in the field of information technology and communication are displayed.
These workshops are "Your Region network, learn playing", showing the different regional electronic services that exist today through laptops;
"Safe and Responsible Use of ICT" in this workshop guidelines for working with new technologies safely and responsibly be learned, and taught how to recycle electronic materials and how to give a second life by creating funny objects through pieces recycled.
Another area is the audiovisual room where attendees will learn the progress made in the audiovisual field with 4K and 3D technology.
It will also be a workshop of entertainment in which interactuara' with next generation consoles.
The remaining workshops will include digital and pinhole photography to know the real operation of the cameras.
Besides technological workshops, mobile apps and gadgets.
On the other hand, there will be a workshop for kids with educational activities "guifi & friends", in which children learn new technologies related content and its application to everyday life while playing and having fun.
The opening hours will be Thursday, February 19 from 10:00 to 14:00, Friday 20 and Saturday February 21 is from 10.00 to 14.00 and from 16.30 to 20.30.
On Sunday February 22 hours will be from 10.00 to 14.00.
The SICARM, Information Society Murcia, is a set of technological events that have taken place annually in the Region of Murcia since 2001. In conducting this fair has helped the City of Jumilla, the Community Autonomous Region of Murcia, Integra Foundation, grow with Europe Murcia and European Regional Development Fund.
