Yesterday convened an extraordinary plenary session held urgently.
Changing 9 Base Budget Implementation on loans expandable, and a credit transfer by 130,000 euros was approved to extend the same heading in the Budget 2015 dedicated to local festivals and artistic performances, which are out and unable to make any award of costs.
The transfer will be from the game called Urban Waste Treatment Award.
Of that amount, $ 10,000 will go to support urgently needed, as decided after an amendment in voce presented by IU-LV.
Of the remaining 120,000, 30,000 euros will go to artistic hiring ahead of the schedule settings of Vico Theatre.
Of the remaining 90,000 euros you will have to leave the budget of the Fair and Festival 2015 and be addressed invoices to the Department of Celebrations of the previous legislature, which still coming.
The modification of this base implementation of the budget will be published in the BORM and on the bulletin board of City Hall.
If within 15 days no arguments are presented can be done effectively, hence the urgency of holding this plenary.
