Unanimity in three of the five motions tabled in Parliament last night (01/12/2015)

Last night the regular plenary session of November in the discussion that took five motions, of which three were approved unanimously held.

The first was the one presented by United Left-Greens and proposed urge the Minister of Health to order the reopening of Jumilla Health Center in equipping afternoon schedule at least two doctors, two nurses and administrative personnel necessary for proper operation.

He also went ahead with the positive vote of all the second of the motions of IU-LV, by which the Ministry of Finance request a review of the assessed values ​​of the municipality of Jumilla groups.

The third of the motions passed unanimously was presented by the Socialist Party on the reopening of the pharmacy of the 4th District, for which he will ask the Ministry of Health that the analysis of the care needs is done in pharmaceutical field with the greatest possible speed, and the publication of the notice of award of pharmacies.

The other two motions presented by the Popular Party, told with different amendments.

In the first one the reduction of property tax requested.

The PP presented a substitute amendment which called once known in detail the increased standard of IBI for 2016, derived from cadastral regularization procedure is appropriate to reduce the tax rate of IBI in accordance with the increase, for the year 2017. PSOE and IU-LV voted against, so it did not go ahead.

The second of those submitted by the popular group was related to domestic violence, which was requested to continue working for the prevention and care of victims, call the local coordination committee and prepare a campaign to publicize the services of CAVI keep it all the year.

IU-LV addition introduced an amendment which was passed unanimously and requesting that the Organic Law 1/2004 to be amended to include all forms of violence, not only of family.

This same municipal group submitted a second amendment adding that came forward, but with the abstention of the PSOE, to maintain and enhance the CAVI in the months in which the service is discovered.

For its part, the PSOE presented a substitute amendment, by showing their disgust and their commitment to continue working on prevention, requested the Autonomous Region to publish the decree that regulates subsidies in providing care to women victims of gender violence, in turn asking to increase the budget for caring for these women.

It was approved with the positive vote of the group of government and abstentions of PP and IU-LV.

The agenda of 16 points, had two where there was debate and vote, both approved unanimously.

The first requested the evaluation procedure collective general of urban real estate in the municipality of Jumilla.

In the second amending Base 37 of the 2015 budget implementation to hedge the Campaign Sports School Age.

Five points were the plenary clearance of accounts: Mayor's Office, council delegates resolutions, of judgments, the state budget and treasury stocks for the third quarter of 2015 and the audit report on the effective cost of public services provided by the City.

The regular plenary session November closed with the usual round of questions and answers.
