Before the end of the year will run the second trial in Jumilla (10/06/2008)

By the end of the year will be running the Court of First Instance and Instruction No. 2 in Jumilla, according to the recent approval by Cabinet of the 146 new judicial units in Spain, including six in Region of Murcia .

With the approval of this Royal Decree, together with the previous Jan. 11 and Feb. 8, the Ministry of Justice gives effect within six months of the commitment this year.

The achievement of this Court to Jumilla is a demonstration of the clear commitment of Mayor Francisco Abellán and the municipal government in matters of justice.

"In this sense, the past eight years we have been working hard and the fruits are coming: it was the new court building, with more provision of material and human resources, this year we will have that judicial second unit also has approved the registry Jumilla Property and also the second notary, "said Abellán.

The mayor added that "we will continue working on the same line, but we can already say that they are meeting their objectives as far as justice is concerned."

Francisco Abellán finally announced that it will invite the Minister Mariano Fernandez Bermejo to visit Jumilla and know the court building, "as well as to transfer the needs that we have it."

Jumilla addition, Royal Decree includes all legal units for the 2008 program, consisting of 126 courts and 20 seats of High Courts and Magistrate in provincial courts.

Specifically, the host Region, that of our municipality, the Court of First Instance and Instruction No. 4 of Cieza, the Court of First Instance and Instruction No. 6 of San Javier, the Criminal Court No. 2 of Lorca, and the Courts Administrative Contentious issues 7 and 8 of Murcia.

It also authorized also the creation of 31 units in Andalusia, Aragon four, three in Asturias, three in the Balearic Islands, Canary nine, one in Cantabria, Castilla y León six, five in Castilla and La Mancha, 21 Catalonia, 23 in Valencia and two in Extremadura, Galicia as well as seven in 30 in the Community of Madrid, one in Navarre, three in the Basque country and one in La Rioja, one in Ceuta and Melilla one.

The launch of the 160 new units have a cost judicial 27.9 million euros.
