The party council successfully assessed the presence of Jumilla in Alicante fair 'Expofiesta', visited by over 20,000 people (24/11/2008)

This past weekend Jumilla attended the Fair Institution Alicante, IFA 2008.

According to preliminary figures, the fair was visited by over 20,000 people.

In this event, national, there were parties of the city, giving particular prominence to the Fair next year Love 'Love 2009', to be held from 13 to 15 February.

Similarly, there were other activities known as 'Rural Prints' from the hand of the Neighborhood Association of the Fuente del Pino, and acts to star in the Federation of Peñas the Harvest Festival and the Association Moors and Christians Don Pedro I.

Councillors also attended some of the government team, including Jesus Sanchez.

All these groups showed their activities and offered wine, candy, cheese and sausage typical of the city.

Celebrations Councilman Ildefonso Jimenez has made an assessment "very satisfactory in the presence of Jumilla in this promotional event."

Jimenez stated that "we have a job that has been, who has visited and who already has results since this morning we called the hotel manager indicating the large number of incoming calls to inquire about dates Party and Fair Love. "

Finally he noted that "people are surprised with the variety of festivals we have in Jumilla.

On Friday, was largely devoted to the presentation of the Fair next year and love on this event were handed out gifts, videos and brochures.

Also on Saturday, the Association de la Fuente del Pino became the stand in a true 'Estampa Rural' and showed chores of yesteryear such as rolls and the development of esparto.

Finally, on Sunday attended by representatives of the Federation of Peñas and the Association of Moors and Christians, who took the opportunity to establish contact with groups in other municipalities.
