The Department of Trade and Celebrations, by the Merchants Association Expoboda Jumilla, have called the 'I's Christmas Decorating Contest Facades or Commercial Properties. "
The aim is "to create a Christmas atmosphere in every corner of our city," as reported by the responsible Celebrations Ildefonso Jimenez.
Open to all neighboring Jumilla private dwellings and their districts and all commercial premises Jumilla and their villages.
Participants will decorate the walls of your home or business with Christmas, and may make use of all materials (paint, lights, plants, figures ...) if not contrary to the rules and so does not pose an obstacle, disturbance or danger to the free movement of persons.
Down 2 categories: One of facades and balconies of private houses and other facades and windows of shops.
There will be two awards in each category, the first of 300 euros and the second worth 100 euros.

The deadline for registration is December 18, 2008, at 20:00 pm
The decoration will be held on December 22, 2008, and continued until January 7, 2009.
The jury will consist of the council to celebrate the president of the Association of Dealers in Jumilla "Expoboda", a technician of the Department of Celebration, a member of the Merchants Association and a specialist in visual arts and decoration.
The jury's decision will be announced on December 24, 2008.
