For the optimal development of the competition, participating couples must remain within the area, previously prepared by the organizers of the event.
Participants must stay, for as long as possible, giving a kiss on the lips continued, simultaneously.
In order to follow the evolution of couples, and for the winners get their own merits, will form a jury of 7 persons: Councilman Celebrations and Trade, the Chief of Local Police, a businessman, a journalist, a renowned festive and a representative from City Hall.
