Jumilla City Council, through the New Technologies area, has launched an information campaign on the implementation of Digital Terrestrial Television (DTT).
Councilman and New Technology Industry Jesus Sanchez said in his appearance before the media that "before switch-off occurs, the 30th of June, the City will do a mailshot, more than 9,000 information leaflets on DTT, throughout the municipality. "
This information material is already reaching Jumillano households.
Sanchez recalled that Jumilla is located in the first phase of implementation of this television and affecting some 220,000 inhabitants.
This brochure explains what the TDT, how it works and needs to adapt to it.
The last page of the publication lists all the free channels that can be seen through the digital terrestrial television.
New Technologies Councilman explained the benefits, contributions, disadvantages and you need to display the TDT.
