Approved grants from the Department of Culture and Tourism amounting to 17,500 euros (20/10/2009)

Jesus Sanchez, spokesman of the government team has announced the resolutions adopted by the Bureau of Procurement and the Local Government Board this week.

One of the points discussed was the approval of a grant from the Department of Culture and Tourism for a total of 17,500 euros.

These grants are intended for cultural, tourism publications and activities.

In the Committee shall be awarded, tentatively, two cases of recruitment.

One relates to the recruitment of a Technical theater and cultural management to be John Smith, for a period of twelve months and shall also coordinate all the actions of Vico Theatre.

The other case concerns the recruitment of a Tapestry Monitor as professional workshop within the Department of Education.

The award was for Francisco Navarro, for 16,500 euros during the period of one academic year.

Sanchez added that "these awards are valued interim and final awards will later."

In addition, the Local Board approved a total of sixteen disciplinary proceedings for violations of various kinds and according to Ordinance Citizen Security.

As reported by Sánchez any of these files relate mainly to disrespect and disobedience to law enforcement officials as well as bathing in public fountains, fighting in public, disorderly conduct, and even urinate on the street by .

They also approved the granting of bus pass grants amounting to 6,655 euros for students who travel to Murcia, 171 euros for young people who travel to Yecla for their studies and 855 euros for students who are studying in Valencia.

In another of the approved transfer credit for the amount of 10,000 euros for the Department of Social Services, for programs and charity care services and care.

Finally, the local board approved the purchase of two street sweepers that "for many years were being paid by the leasing system and has now exercised its option to purchase these vehicles become part of municipal assets," said Jesus Sanchez .
