Ratings budgets

Prior to the submission of these amendments, the spokesmen of the groups rated municipal budgets of the Autonomous Region for next year.

In this way, the PSOE spokesman Jesus Sanchez said they are budgets that discriminate and punish Jumillano, "in 2009 went to Jumilla 7,058,336 euros, while in 2010 allocated EUR 4,593,000, ie 35% less and this is very serious. "

According to Sanchez are not out of the budget crisis, but on the contrary, they will not maintain and enhance social welfare, "Jumilla leave well outside the region, making a comparison with cities like ours, we have, for example to Mazarrón with 26 million euros, 6% more than in 2009, Caravaca de la Cruz with more than 18 million euros and an increase of 40% or Totana to 14,600,000 euros and a rise of 17%. "

Socialist spokesman said that "we know the situation is difficult, but should be for everyone, not to punish a few municipalities in favor of others."

But Sanchez also referred to money earmarked for the region of the Altiplano, "between Jumilla and Yecla give us less than half of what they intended to Molina del Segura has an increase of 60%."

For his part, José Antonio Pérez, IU-LV spokesman said that "our group at the regional level will also present amendments, some of which coincide with the new ones raised here, so please vote each, in others we refrain and other voting against, to be presented by our regional member. "

On the budget said that "tend to be private to the detriment of the public, as it is for much of the money to private institutions."

Besides, calling them "unfair and unsupportive, both Jumilla, as the District of Highlands."

Perez noted that except Calasparra, all municipalities in which it does not govern the PP are below average, "the Autonomous Communities also camouflaged costs that are not investments but current spending and personnel, including the payrolls of the 20 police entering the Regional Public Safety Plan or the maintenance of the Single Window. "

The IU-LV spokesman also described as "forgetting" does not reflect the motorway heading for Venta del Olivo-Jumilla or not allocate enough money for the Comprehensive Health Center.

Also questioned the remodeling of the road or Carche Fuente Alamo "because it does not come reflected in the budgets name."

Perez added that "no changes in budgets, we see no logical behavior from the Jumilla region and remains in a discriminatory situation."

Also clarified that what is at issue is 12% of regional budget expenditures that are territorialized, "because we can not discuss other proportions allocated to staff costs and operation of the region."

He also recalled that some of the subsidies granted by the Autonomous Communities should the Central Government or the European Community.

Enrique Jimenez, spokesman for the city of PP, said "we are satisfied with the responsibility of the regional executive, against the irresponsibility of the government of the nation, but everything can be improved and the PP will continue working to get more money from Jumilla ".

According to Jiménez "socialists play a double standard, criticizing the budgets of the region when they are not able to develop local budgets, being carried over the 2009 budget, which Jumillano are cheating."

Popular spokesman explained that what is at issue is 12% of regional budgets are territorialized costs, leaving a more than 86% which is what you have to "request by the team of government subsidies and grants ".

According to Jimenez, budgets are "predictable, frugal and accurate to help the most needy, the Zapatero is forgotten."

Spokesman for the popular "is not about opening and closing trenches."

He detailed the items that are intended to Jumilla and recalled that there are budget items and investments as the Center for Social Services or the sports of IES Infanta Elena in total, according to Jimenez, "totaling more than 7 million euros to Jumilla.

Finally, Mayor Francisco Abellán clarified that "we are really talking about territorialized investments, which are the ones with name and nothing else grants are emerging from budget items and of course ask, but do not reflect detailed these budgets, which are actions that may or may not do. "

Abellán criticized that "the PP does not make a proposal to the town of Jumilla and it has nothing to require Valcárcel and only required to Zapatero, on the part of the Autonomous Community is intended to municipalities 102 million euros, while the Central Government earmarked 152 million. "
